  2. We take your Estimated Net Proceeds and price that to a Home Loan Professional. 
  3. Your home loan professional will qualify you based on of course your income and based on your home sale. 
  4. You will get your home listed with the stipulation that buyer agrees to wait until you find your replacement home.
  5. Once you find your replacement home, you make your offer based on your current pending sale.
