D.R. Horton is currently extending their promo rate of 4.99% fixed for FHA and VA buyers when using their preferred lender DHI.
For FHA buyers, the minimum down payment is typically 3.5%, which can make this a strong option for first-time buyers who have saved for their down payment but still need help keeping the monthly payment as comfortable as possible.
