Happy Friday my Bakersfield friends.. or Home Sellers from around the world!  We’re on Day 2 of our Daily Tip for y’all 

#HomeStaging is a HUGE Must when your are getting ready to sell your home! And today we are talking about the First Step to Staging the Interior!


First things first! Reduce your personal items! Pull out your smart phone, take a picture of each room and then you will get a better idea of what it is that you have out that is considered personal. If you think about it, when the buyer is walking through your home, they want to picture their stuff, their pictures, their accessories in your home. If you have a lot of personal items out while a buyer is viewing your home, that will distract them. Remove personal photos, knick-knacks from walls and counters. Replace your items with clean and simple decor, such as abstract paintings, nature images, vases with greenery, faux plants.. to name a few.
