Dress Up Your Yard.
First impressions are super important and of course the exterior of your home is going to be the first thing a buyer will see right? So pull out the lawn mower, trim the bushes & trees, clean the walkway, plant bright yellow flowers, and our secret weapon is to ADD RED WOODCHIPS. Believe you me that it makes a difference! And if your grass isn’t green, water in & cut it before the photographer comes out & the for sale sign comes up. Don’t rush into a listing when your house isn’t ready. Huge NO NO ???????????
